My DS82 clearly showed I wanted both the book and the card. However, I somehow didn't pay you the extra thirty for the card. Your team should have caught that and contacted me before submitting my paperwork. Now I have to relinquish my new book and wait three months (and pay again! even more money to you than before) just for the card. Can't be more disappointed with the value you all did not bring to this transaction.

Amazing. Incredible turnaround given the limitations with these services. I'm very impressed and will be telling all of my friends. 10/10 stars!

This was a clear, simple way to renew my passport which importantly eliminated the need to go get passport photos taken (an annoying step in the best of times). I could do it all from my phone. The documents did take a couple of months to arrive, but since nobody is travelning anywhere anyway, it worked perfectly.

I found the directions and the process accurate and simple. Thanks for the help. Everyone stayed in touch and let me know what was happening , so no wondering about where my passport or visa were. Thanks, will do it again if needed.

I don't often take time to write these things. But these guys have blown me away. I've used them twice recently for Brazilian visas for people in my office. The turnaround (from California to N.Y.) has been 6 business days (from FedEx ship to FedEx receipt). This service saves me an incredible amount of time & makes it as easy as possible with the way they streamline the process. It is worth every penny. I had to call them in N.Y. because of an error I realized I had made, and they couldn't have been more helpful in correcting it for me. They are an invaluable service that delivers better than it promises.

Wow. I seriously can’t believe it. ItsEasy was able to get me a passport in 2 days. Seriously awesome work. Everyone there was super helpful - I also enjoyed the fact that everytime I called, I got a real person on the phone. No pushing numbers and no sitting on hold. Thank you guys for getting it done and helping me step by step! Now if you don’t mind, I’m going to end this review... I am officially on vacation thanks to you guys!

It's not often I write a review, however I had to about It's Easy & Visa Services. I had a FANTASTIC experience here at It's Easy! The service was incredible. The people were wonderful! They helped me get my new passport in six hours! INCREDIBLE! I would recommend this company to anyone requiring passport/visa needs!

amazing. . .that is really all i can say. . . 48 hours before a trip to mexico, we realized i had a passport card and needed a regular passport. .. ItsEasy helped me get everything filled out and filed and because time was soo short, my passport was waiting for me at the atlanta airport!!! they are a lifesaver!!

I sent in my expired passport in July 6th. They received it July 7th because I overnighted it. They sent an update that the gov't received everything July 13th. It was cutting close because I have a trip on August 18th and I was nervous I wouldn't receive it by then because of the pandemic and the backlog of passport renewal. ItsEasy sent an e-mail that everything was ready August 4th and I paid for overnight and came to my house by August 6th. The rep that I spoke to at ItsEasy said it would take about 6, 7 weeks to get my new passport book-- I got it in four! Thank you Itseasy!
