Took very long and no comunicaron or order status

There was a little issue with my initial order and once I brought it to their attention, the folks at It’s Easy truly went to the ends of the earth to fix it. Not only did they make up for any lost time, I believe they exceeded it! They must have very solid relationships with the powers that be at the US Passport Agency because they were able to expedite my order, during a pandemic, and turn it around faster than I ever imagined possible. They would not rest until I had my new passport in hand and I am beyond impressed. Thanks It’s Easy!

Just like the name says, the process truly was easy. The customer service and communications were both excellent, and there was always someone available online or on the phone to answer our questions. I changed my name on everything as soon as my wedding was over. My husband and I just booked a trip to Jamaica and of course when I checked my passport I never changed that. I didn't have time to mail out for the passport and didn't have the time myself to drive all the way to the agency to change it same day. I google them and even called them before I payed for it and sent everything in. The second time I called I even talked to the owner David and he, and his employees, were soooo friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly and I could even keep track of my passport progress on their website. I would use them again if I ever had to. This company was excellent to work with! It all started on a Sunday morning with a nice lady helping me through the easy steps. I got everything in the mail Monday a.m. and had my passport by Thursday a.m. I couldn't be happier. Excellent customer service and great auto-emails keeping you informed of your order. I was so impressed with this company. From how simple it was to use the application, to the step-by-step process clearly explained and my expedited passport arriving in less than 2 1/2 weeks I couldn’t have asked for more. The customer service was exceptional too. I always got answers to my questions within 12 hours, and they were more than patient. The only thing that was a little bit tricky ) what is the camera for the passport picture didn’t always a line up with my face when I tried to take the picture. So we had to do that twice. But again I was walked through the process, and we got it figured out. I do a lot of international business. I will be recommending these folks to my colleagues, my clients and my friends and family. If you are stressed about trying to figure out how to get a passport I highly recommend “ ItsEasy.” I’ll never worry again.
