This is the second time I used ItsEasy for a Visa for China. This was a more complex trip and they were fantastic from the first contact to the last. Staff were honest and straight-forward about the many requirements and what documentation was needed. My aim was to get it right the first time to avoid extra shipping since I am now retired and no longer work near their Boston office. After the material was submitted they emailed me to let me know when to expect the visas and everything was on time. It took a week and a day. I recommend them highly. I sent in my expired passport in July 6th. They received it July 7th because I overnighted it. They sent an update that the gov't received everything July 13th. It was cutting close because I have a trip on August 18th and I was nervous I wouldn't receive it by then because of the pandemic and the backlog of passport renewal. ItsEasy sent an e-mail that everything was ready August 4th and I paid for overnight and came to my house by August 6th. The rep that I spoke to at ItsEasy said it would take about 6, 7 weeks to get my new passport book-- I got it in four! Thank you Itseasy!

I changed my name on everything as soon as my wedding was over. My husband and I just booked a trip to Jamaica and of course when I checked my passport I never changed that. I didn't have time to mail out for the passport and didn't have the time myself to drive all the way to the agency to change it same day. I google them and even called them before I payed for it and sent everything in. The second time I called I even talked to the owner David and he, and his employees, were soooo friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly and I could even keep track of my passport progress on their website. I would use them again if I ever had to. amazing. . .that is really all i can say. . . 48 hours before a trip to mexico, we realized i had a passport card and needed a regular passport. ..
