Well managed process and they kept all their promises.

Just like the name says, the process truly was easy. The customer service and communications were both excellent, and there was always someone available online or on the phone to answer our questions. Our visas arrived in plenty of time, which took a lot of the worry out of planning the trip. Thank you!

Once we started the visa process, everything went very smoothly. However, I think the It’s Easy website was extremely misleading when it came to the Thailand visa. Anyone checking to see if they needed a business visa for Thailand would assume the answer is no. When you select Thailand, it comes up in red letters “Visa not required”. This put us behind the process by a couple of weeks thinking that we didn’t need one, when in fact we did. I know several other people at my company who ran into the same issue, and in at least one case, their VP was unable to travel as it was too close to the travel time to get the visa started. I really hope the website can be updated quickly so no one else runs into this issue.

These people are what they claim to be. I know you're skeptical whether or not they can deliver. Let me assure you, they can! Everyone I spoke to throughout the whole process was helpful, polite, and very professional. All I had to do was gather the documents I needed and send it all in. Long story short: I'm headed to Brazil next week, and I previously thought I wouldn't be able to get my visa in time. Thanks so much!

Wow. I seriously can't believe it. ItsEasy was able to get me a passport in 2 days. Seriously awesome work. My sisters and I "planned" a last minute trip to family homeland of Guyana. Unfortunately I didn't have a passport. I was so impressed with this company. From how simple it was to use the application, to the step-by-step process clearly explained and my expedited passport arriving in less than 2 1/2 weeks I couldn’t have asked for more. The customer service was exceptional too. I always got answers to my questions within 12 hours, and they were more than patient. The only thing that was a little bit tricky ) what is the camera for the passport picture didn’t always a line up with my face when I tried to take the picture. So we had to do that twice. But again I was walked through the process, and we got it figured out. I do a lot of international business. I will be recommending these folks to my colleagues, my clients and my friends and family. If you are stressed about trying to figure out how to get a passport I highly recommend “ ItsEasy.” I’ll never worry again.

I don't often take time to write these things. But these guys have blown me away. I've used them twice recently for Brazilian visas for people in my office. The turnaround (from California to N.Y.) has been 6 business days (from FedEx ship to FedEx receipt). This service saves me an incredible amount of time & makes it as easy as possible with the way they streamline the process. It is worth every penny. I had to call them in N.Y. because of an error I realized I had made, and they couldn't have been more helpful in correcting it for me.
