My DS82 clearly showed I wanted both the book and the card. However, I somehow didn't pay you the extra thirty for the card. Your team should have caught that and contacted me before submitting my paperwork. Now I have to relinquish my new book and wait three months (and pay again! even more money to you than before) just for the card. Can't be more disappointed with the value you all did not bring to this transaction.

What more can I say about this whole process: It was indeed easy! I have friends that requested passport renewals before me and are still awaiting their passport but with the ItsEasy app, it was easy to do and I got my passport in less than 3 weeks. The process was flawless

I changed my name on everything as soon as my wedding was over. My husband and I just booked a trip to Jamaica and of course when I checked my passport I never changed that. I didn't have time to mail out for the passport and didn't have the time myself to drive all the way to the agency to change it same day. I google them and even called them before I payed for it and sent everything in. The second time I called I even talked to the owner David and he, and his employees, were soooo friendly and helpful. I used the Boston branch of It's Easy to get a tourist visa for China and was *very* impressed. This was the first time I ever used a visa/passport expeditor and I shopped around first to check out a couple of other competing agencies in downtown Boston. I went with It's Easy because their staff were, by far, the most professional that I encountered. I felt completely comfortable handing over my passport to them-- and their service even got my passport back a bit early. Will definitely use them again.

Thank you It's Easy. We needed an expediter to obtain visas to China in a short period of time. I had to call several times with questions and was always able to talk to a real person with very little wait. After I sent in my passports, they kept me updated on line and returned the passports with the Visas 4 days later as promised. It really was easy.

I sent in my expired passport in July 6th. They received it July 7th because I overnighted it. They sent an update that the gov't received everything July 13th. It was cutting close because I have a trip on August 18th and I was nervous I wouldn't receive it by then because of the pandemic and the backlog of passport renewal. ItsEasy sent an e-mail that everything was ready August 4th and I paid for overnight and came to my house by August 6th. The rep that I spoke to at ItsEasy said it would take about 6, 7 weeks to get my new passport book-- I got it in four! Thank you Itseasy!
