Amazing reliable service !! I got my passport in 11 days even though they advised me it would take form 2 to 4 weeks ! I love this app and how everything is at your finger tips ! I even took my passport pictures on the app and re did as many times as I wanted until I was sure I liked it enough !!! It really is sooo EASY ! Supe happy with this service !!! I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my visa was secured and my passport returned. I was worried because I'm leaving for Costa Rica and Panama the end of January 2020 and was concerned that I might be cutting it close with securing the visa for China. Fortunately my passport with the visa came back quickly! The on-line site was helpful in making sure we had all the documentation necessary, so that we wouldn't run into any snags along the way.

These guys are AMAZING. I thought I had ruined christmas when I accident destroyed my passport the night before my flight to Brussels! CALL THEM OR VISIT RIGHT AWAY, they will totally calm you down and restore your sanity. Make sure you listen to their instructions VERY carefully. It is important to follow them exactly as they say. Do it, give them a couple hundred bucks and you are back in action baby!! [Heck] yeah these guys are THE BOMB!!

They were on the phone, walking me through the process, at 2 am (the night of the 4th!!! A live person!!! Amazing). We were at the office the next morning and Ricky calmly walked us through our mission. We went to Grand Central Station, got the necessary documents reviewed and sealed and then returned them to It's Easy. At that point, I turned all of my trust over to them. Miraculously, they got the kid's passports at 2:30 pm on the 6th, caught a cab to JFK at 3 and, easily, made our flight to Paris. It is a rare thing to find people who take a personal interest in your welfare. I felt that throughout the process. They were clear about what needed to be done and that there was only one chance to find success here. I followed their instructions to the letter and trusted their professionalism completely. Its Easy was great. They promised 48 hours to replace a stolen passport, and they delivered in 25 hours. Unbelievable. Rickey was on top of the whole process, and office provided regular updates. I was so impressed with this company. From how simple it was to use the application, to the step-by-step process clearly explained and my expedited passport arriving in less than 2 1/2 weeks I couldn’t have asked for more. The customer service was exceptional too. I always got answers to my questions within 12 hours, and they were more than patient. The only thing that was a little bit tricky ) what is the camera for the passport picture didn’t always a line up with my face when I tried to take the picture. So we had to do that twice. But again I was walked through the process, and we got it figured out. I do a lot of international business. I will be recommending these folks to my colleagues, my clients and my friends and family.
