Most everything went well. Using the It’s Easy app to submit digital photo caused some anxiety as I didn’t get clear confirmation that submission was successful. I did eventually get an email letting me know the photo was acceptable. Again it was unclear that the digital photo would be used. After a phone call to clarify, all worked out. Received the passport a shot time afterward.

I booked a trip to China and then figured out I needed a Visa, which is quite complicated compared to most countries. After looking up the requirements it seemed like going to the consulate, while doable, was going to be too much of a hassle as I'd likely have to take off two days of work. I looked at reviews for multiple services and decided on ItsEasy given the generally positive reviews and lower end for prices. Overall, I was very happy with the outcome as I received my passport and visa back in exactly 8 days when the standard turnaround was 12 business days. It wasn't the easiest given all the requirements from China, but looking back on the process, it was pretty painless and hassle-free. Pros: -Their free photo app allows you to take your visa or passport photo from your smartphone and saves you the time and money to go get them done at a store or to figure out how to do it and print it yourself. -Fast turnaround -Helpful chat: I had a question regarding some of the paperwork prior to buying any service and got a quick and helpful response. -While some other reviews have noted their phone line was hard to reach or unhelpful, I did have to call and was only on hold for about 2 minutes. Customer service wasn't the nicest in the world but I got my issue worked out. Cons: -When I placed my order, the payment didn't go through but it initiated my order regardless. It took me a few days to figure out I was supposed to call to pay for my order since there was an error through the website. This didn't delay the order but it would have been nice to get an email or phone call to say I still needed to pay. -Shipping costs aren't clear until you start filling out an order. So of course there were some surprise fees. -When I submitted the photos through the photo app, it said someone would review them and let us know if they needed to be retaken. I never got an email or other communication so I assumed they were okay but I would have liked confirmation of that. Also, we did not pay for the doc review service so I was unsure if they would review our photos or not. -There seemed to be more documents required than what is listed on the consulate website. I asked the chat and they said it's because more documents are needed when a 3rd party is submitting it. I didn't totally buy this when comparing to other sites, but they are the experts so I was trusting that they needed this. -Also there were differences between the checklist you get when you place your order the list of docs required on their website. I didn't want to have my application rejected so I submitted everything but it would have been nice if everything was consistent. This may seem like a lot of cons but they were all pretty minor and I think are just areas for improvement. The most important measure is getting the visas and that is exactly what I got. Would definitely use again.

Very quick and easy

Its Easy was great. They promised 48 hours to replace a stolen passport, and they delivered in 25 hours. Unbelievable. Rickey was on top of the whole process, and office provided regular updates. I could not be happier with the Team at Its Easy. They work in a high pressure environment, but they were always cheerful and helpful. Thanks for your good work.

I have been using IT'S EASY for many, many years and I cannot possibly sing their praises loudly enough. My children found out on the 4th of July that their child passports were expired and the needed new adult passports for a departure from JFK to Paris on July 6th! I called John at It's Easy and he told me my only chance was to get to New York immediately. I changed my flight from Seattle to New York and we arrived at midnight on the 4th. They were on the phone, walking me through the process, at 2 am (the night of the 4th!!! A live person!!! Amazing). We were at the office the next morning and Ricky calmly walked us through our mission. We went to Grand Central Station, got the necessary documents reviewed and sealed and then returned them to It's Easy. At that point, I turned all of my trust over to them. Miraculously, they got the kid's passports at 2:30 pm on the 6th, caught a cab to JFK at 3 and, easily, made our flight to Paris. It is a rare thing to find people who take a personal interest in your welfare. I felt that throughout the process. They were clear about what needed to be done and that there was only one chance to find success here. I followed their instructions to the letter and trusted their professionalism completely. I was so impressed with this company. From how simple it was to use the application, to the step-by-step process clearly explained and my expedited passport arriving in less than 2 1/2 weeks I couldn’t have asked for more. The customer service was exceptional too. I always got answers to my questions within 12 hours, and they were more than patient. The only thing that was a little bit tricky ) what is the camera for the passport picture didn’t always a line up with my face when I tried to take the picture. So we had to do that twice. But again I was walked through the process, and we got it figured out. I do a lot of international business. I will be recommending these folks to my colleagues, my clients and my friends and family. If you are stressed about trying to figure out how to get a passport I highly recommend “ ItsEasy.” I’ll never worry again.

It's not often I write a review, however I had to about It's Easy & Visa Services. I had a FANTASTIC experience here at It's Easy! The service was incredible. The people were wonderful! They helped me get my new passport in six hours! INCREDIBLE! I would recommend this company to anyone requiring passport/visa needs!

My sisters and I "planned" a last minute trip to family homeland of Guyana. Unfortunately I didn't have a passport.
