It was a bit expensive but it was my own fault that I had to use their service in the first place. The service itself was A+ rated. I paid extra for the document verification, which came in very handy with the rushing and mistakes I was making. Communication via phone, online chat and email was all very professional and helpful. Once I had everything in order I sent in my packet. They told me what day they would start working on it and when I could expect my renewed passport back. I actually got it back one day early. If you're in a serious bind with limited time to deal with a passport on your own, I highly recommend this service. It did relieve a lot of stress from me as I didn't have to worry about calling for appointments and traveling. Although I considered this service expensive, I got my money's worth. It's hard putting a price on stress.

Very satisfied. Great cust. service in reviewing docs. App is clear and concise. They deliver a pleasant transactional experience in renewing passport that the Gov't simply can't do. Its true to their name "Its Easy" and therefore worth the the service vs my time dealing with direct Gov't renewal.

There was a little issue with my initial order and once I brought it to their attention, the folks at It’s Easy truly went to the ends of the earth to fix it. Not only did they make up for any lost time, I believe they exceeded it! They must have very solid relationships with the powers that be at the US Passport Agency because they were able to expedite my order, during a pandemic, and turn it around faster than I ever imagined possible. It's not often I write a review, however I had to about It's Easy & Visa Services. I had a FANTASTIC experience here at It's Easy! The service was incredible. The people were wonderful! They helped me get my new passport in six hours! INCREDIBLE! I would recommend this company to anyone requiring passport/visa needs!

My first time using a visa service and completly satisfied with it. I needed a UK visa in two days and not only were they able to get it for me but Francisco was incredibly helpful and friendly. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend.

This is the first review I have ever written on line. I am now packing to go home from our international trip to Canada (which was awesome) and which could not have happened without ItsEasy. I realized my passport was lost the day before my departure, and I live in New Mexico! I called ItsEasy, and they assisted me every step of the way. I ended up calling three times that day, and they answered immediately each time. They were able to help me navigate the replacement process with appropriate documentation, and low and behold my passport arrived at a Midwest hotel even before I had arrived at the hotel, allowing me to cross the border without problems. I was fortunate to have planned a few days travel within the US prior to crossing the border which allowed time. Nevertheless, I discovered my passport missing in New Mexico on a Wednesday, and my new passport was at a rural hotel in Ohio waiting for me on Saturday morning. Thank you, and my family thanks you. It was worth the $!
