Once we started the visa process, everything went very smoothly. However, I think the It’s Easy website was extremely misleading when it came to the Thailand visa. Anyone checking to see if they needed a business visa for Thailand would assume the answer is no. When you select Thailand, it comes up in red letters “Visa not required”. This put us behind the process by a couple of weeks thinking that we didn’t need one, when in fact we did. I know several other people at my company who ran into the same issue, and in at least one case, their VP was unable to travel as it was too close to the travel time to get the visa started. I really hope the website can be updated quickly so no one else runs into this issue.

This is the second time I used ItsEasy for a Visa for China. This was a more complex trip and they were fantastic from the first contact to the last. Staff were honest and straight-forward about the many requirements and what documentation was needed. My aim was to get it right the first time to avoid extra shipping since I am now retired and no longer work near their Boston office. After the material was submitted they emailed me to let me know when to expect the visas and everything was on time. It took a week and a day. I recommend them highly. I used the Boston branch of It's Easy to get a tourist visa for China and was *very* impressed. This was the first time I ever used a visa/passport expeditor and I shopped around first to check out a couple of other competing agencies in downtown Boston. I went with It's Easy because their staff were, by far, the most professional that I encountered. I felt completely comfortable handing over my passport to them-- and their service even got my passport back a bit early. Will definitely use them again.

I was so impressed with this company. From how simple it was to use the application, to the step-by-step process clearly explained and my expedited passport arriving in less than 2 1/2 weeks I couldn’t have asked for more. The customer service was exceptional too. I always got answers to my questions within 12 hours, and they were more than patient. The only thing that was a little bit tricky ) what is the camera for the passport picture didn’t always a line up with my face when I tried to take the picture. So we had to do that twice. But again I was walked through the process, and we got it figured out. I do a lot of international business. I will be recommending these folks to my colleagues, my clients and my friends and family. If you are stressed about trying to figure out how to get a passport I highly recommend “ ItsEasy.” I’ll never worry again.

Thank you It's Easy. We needed an expediter to obtain visas to China in a short period of time. I had to call several times with questions and was always able to talk to a real person with very little wait. After I sent in my passports, they kept me updated on line and returned the passports with the Visas 4 days later as promised. It really was easy.

Wow. I seriously can’t believe it. ItsEasy was able to get me a passport in 2 days. Seriously awesome work. Everyone there was super helpful - I also enjoyed the fact that everytime I called, I got a real person on the phone. No pushing numbers and no sitting on hold. These people are what they claim to be. I know you're skeptical whether or not they can deliver. Let me assure you, they can! Everyone I spoke to throughout the whole process was helpful, polite, and very professional. All I had to do was gather the documents I needed and send it all in. Long story short: I'm headed to Brazil next week, and I previously thought I wouldn't be able to get my visa in time. Thanks so much!
