The name says it all! I was panicking about renewing my passport in time for a much needed vacation with my girlfriends (I was the only one who hadn’t renewed theirs) and ItsEasy assured me I would have my passport in time. Everything was easy and convenient, even taking the passport photo. From the moment I called and was actually able to reach a LIVE person, I knew this was the company I wanted to go with. They completed my order in record time (way before the day I actually needed it)! I was surprised when I received it in the mail a couple weeks early. It really was easy! Got my passport renewal forms from you via email. Printed them, signed and mailed back with the photos. Received your notification that you got the forms and reviewed them. From the point you got the renewal forms it took 8 days to received my new passport. Fast, efficient and kept up to date throughout! Easy and fast! Thanks so much!

I booked a trip to China and then figured out I needed a Visa, which is quite complicated compared to most countries. After looking up the requirements it seemed like going to the consulate, while doable, was going to be too much of a hassle as I'd likely have to take off two days of work. I looked at reviews for multiple services and decided on ItsEasy given the generally positive reviews and lower end for prices. Overall, I was very happy with the outcome as I received my passport and visa back in exactly 8 days when the standard turnaround was 12 business days. It wasn't the easiest given all the requirements from China, but looking back on the process, it was pretty painless and hassle-free. Pros: -Their free photo app allows you to take your visa or passport photo from your smartphone and saves you the time and money to go get them done at a store or to figure out how to do it and print it yourself. -Fast turnaround -Helpful chat: I had a question regarding some of the paperwork prior to buying any service and got a quick and helpful response. -While some other reviews have noted their phone line was hard to reach or unhelpful, I did have to call and was only on hold for about 2 minutes. Customer service wasn't the nicest in the world but I got my issue worked out. Cons: -When I placed my order, the payment didn't go through but it initiated my order regardless. It took me a few days to figure out I was supposed to call to pay for my order since there was an error through the website. This didn't delay the order but it would have been nice to get an email or phone call to say I still needed to pay. -Shipping costs aren't clear until you start filling out an order. So of course there were some surprise fees. -When I submitted the photos through the photo app, it said someone would review them and let us know if they needed to be retaken. I never got an email or other communication so I assumed they were okay but I would have liked confirmation of that. Also, we did not pay for the doc review service so I was unsure if they would review our photos or not. -There seemed to be more documents required than what is listed on the consulate website. I asked the chat and they said it's because more documents are needed when a 3rd party is submitting it. I didn't totally buy this when comparing to other sites, but they are the experts so I was trusting that they needed this. -Also there were differences between the checklist you get when you place your order the list of docs required on their website. I didn't want to have my application rejected so I submitted everything but it would have been nice if everything was consistent. This may seem like a lot of cons but they were all pretty minor and I think are just areas for improvement. The most important measure is getting the visas and that is exactly what I got. Would definitely use again.

The process was somewhat confusing in the beginning, since the two options for payments (money order vs credit card) were not explained on the web site. A call to ItsEasy did not help, the rep I was talking to was not sure himself about the two options and was pushing me to pay with a credit card. This was suspicious. Ultimately I decided that the credit card option was more convenient (even though more expensive), and I went with it. After that everything went very quickly and smoothly.

It’s not often I write a review, however I had to about It’s Easy & Visa Services. I had a FANTASTIC experience here at It’s Easy! The service was incredible. The people were wonderful! They helped me get my new passport in six hours! INCREDIBLE! I would recommend this company to anyone requiring passport/visa needs!

Wow. I seriously can't believe it. ItsEasy was able to get me a passport in 2 days. Seriously awesome work. Everyone there was super helpful - I also enjoyed the fact that everytime I called, I got a real person on the phone. No pushing numbers and no sitting on hold. Thank you guys for getting it done and helping me step by step! Now if you don't mind, I'm going to end this review... I am officially on vacation thanks to you guys!

If you need to get anything rushed for your passport (e.g., visa for a foreign country, extra pages, etc.) call these guys. As others have written about on this site, this company delivers what they promise...period. And they promise to deliver some pretty hard to believe services. After my assistant and I called many other places (including the country's local embassy) who claimed I simply couldn't get a visa as quickly as I needed one, these guys got me one in 24 hours. Any questions? Call them. They're great.

Let me just say that I have never written a review to yelp before for any reason whatsoever, positive or negative. But I was so impressed with the execution at Its Easy that I thought I'd take 5 minutes out of work to write one, because they deserve it. I have an upcoming overseas trip and my passport expires in a few weeks time. I was planning on going to the passport office in NYC on their annual "Passport Day" (no appt needed) but, amazingly, it was cancelled at the last minute when it looked like the federal gvt might shut down due to the budget standoff (April 2011). So I went to Its Easy the following day. I worked with Rickey there. He was efficient and quickly got me through the paperwork that was required. Above and beyond being completely professional , he was friendly, cheerful and made the experience pleasant. I paid for 6-8 day turnaround. 2 days later i got an email from Its Easy saying my passport was ready. I walked in and Rickey greeted me with a smile and a handshake and said he always likes it when he is able to get folks things faster than they expect. I actually left there smiling. Anyhow, an unexpected pleasure out of what seemed like it was going to be an annoying errand!
