It was a bit expensive but it was my own fault that I had to use their service in the first place. The service itself was A+ rated. I paid extra for the document verification, which came in very handy with the rushing and mistakes I was making. Communication via phone, online chat and email was all very professional and helpful. Once I had everything in order I sent in my packet. They told me what day they would start working on it and when I could expect my renewed passport back. I actually got it back one day early. If you're in a serious bind with limited time to deal with a passport on your own, I highly recommend this service. It did relieve a lot of stress from me as I didn't have to worry about calling for appointments and traveling. Although I considered this service expensive, I got my money's worth. It's hard putting a price on stress.

Its Easy was great. They promised 48 hours to replace a stolen passport, and they delivered in 25 hours. Unbelievable. Rickey was on top of the whole process, and office provided regular updates. The turnaround (from California to N.Y.) has been 6 business days (from FedEx ship to FedEx receipt). This service saves me an incredible amount of time & makes it as easy as possible with the way they streamline the process. It is worth every penny. I had to call them in N.Y. because of an error I realized I had made, and they couldn't have been more helpful in correcting it for me. They are an invaluable service that delivers better than it promises.
