This is the second time I used ItsEasy for a Visa for China. This was a more complex trip and they were fantastic from the first contact to the last. Staff were honest and straight-forward about the many requirements and what documentation was needed. My aim was to get it right the first time to avoid extra shipping since I am now retired and no longer work near their Boston office. After the material was submitted they emailed me to let me know when to expect the visas and everything was on time. It took a week and a day. I recommend them highly. Its Easy was great. They promised 48 hours to replace a stolen passport, and they delivered in 25 hours. Unbelievable. Rickey was on top of the whole process, and office provided regular updates. These guys are AMAZING. I thought I had ruined christmas when I accident destroyed my passport the night before my flight to Brussels! CALL THEM OR VISIT RIGHT AWAY, they will totally calm you down and restore your sanity. Make sure you listen to their instructions VERY carefully. It is important to follow them exactly as they say. Do it, give them a couple hundred bucks and you are back in action baby!! [Heck] yeah these guys are THE BOMB!!
