Incredibly easy process to get my new passport issued in 4 days! A real lifesaver!

I like that you guys fill out the application that makes it easy but my friend got his 4 days before me and he just went to the post office. So for the cost I am not sold.

The process was somewhat confusing in the beginning, since the two options for payments (money order vs credit card) were not explained on the web site. A call to ItsEasy did not help, the rep I was talking to was not sure himself about the two options and was pushing me to pay with a credit card. This was suspicious. Ultimately I decided that the credit card option was more convenient (even though more expensive), and I went with it. After that everything went very quickly and smoothly.

Everyone there was super helpful - I also enjoyed the fact that everytime I called, I got a real person on the phone. No pushing numbers and no sitting on hold. I don't often take time to write these things. But these guys have blown me away. I've used them twice recently for Brazilian visas for people in my office. The turnaround (from California to N.Y.) has been 6 business days (from FedEx ship to FedEx receipt). This service saves me an incredible amount of time & makes it as easy as possible with the way they streamline the process. It is worth every penny. I had to call them in N.Y. because of an error I realized I had made, and they couldn't have been more helpful in correcting it for me. They are an invaluable service that delivers better than it promises.
