It was a bit expensive but it was my own fault that I had to use their service in the first place. The service itself was A+ rated. I paid extra for the document verification, which came in very handy with the rushing and mistakes I was making. Communication via phone, online chat and email was all very professional and helpful. Once I had everything in order I sent in my packet. They told me what day they would start working on it and when I could expect my renewed passport back. I actually got it back one day early. If you're in a serious bind with limited time to deal with a passport on your own, I highly recommend this service. It did relieve a lot of stress from me as I didn't have to worry about calling for appointments and traveling. Although I considered this service expensive, I got my money's worth. It's hard putting a price on stress.

Amazing service! Even during the pandemic, I received my passport renewal in less than 2 weeks. It was amazing! The whole process was so easy from start to finish. The app was fantastic and I loved that I could take my picture right on the app. I highly, highly recommend this company for your passport needs. Very helpful and easier than going to the embassy!! However, I did ask while I was there if there was anything I was missing and was told no. Later that day, I received an email asking for like 4 more things. But after that we got the visas quickly! Everyone in the office was very nice.

My sisters and I "planned" a last minute trip to family homeland of Guyana. Unfortunately I didn't have a passport. I was so impressed with this company. From how simple it was to use the application, to the step-by-step process clearly explained and my expedited passport arriving in less than 2 1/2 weeks I couldn’t have asked for more. The customer service was exceptional too. I always got answers to my questions within 12 hours, and they were more than patient. The only thing that was a little bit tricky ) what is the camera for the passport picture didn’t always a line up with my face when I tried to take the picture. So we had to do that twice. But again I was walked through the process, and we got it figured out. I do a lot of international business. I will be recommending these folks to my colleagues, my clients and my friends and family. This place is as good as it gets. I have been using [another company] for years and dealt with horrible, rude, crooks. Its Easy prides themselves on fixing the impossible and does it with a smile! Amazing customer service! I will never use a different company again.
